Rack Supported Storage Platforms can either be a full upper floor or a complete catwalk system on multi levels. Catwalk systems may be engineered from 2 levels up to 8 levels or more.
Features like vertical lifts, stair towers and elevators as well as partitions - with integrated fencing for added security - can be added.
Upper levels can accept full pallets for quick handling.
Systems can easily be integrated with conveyor systems for cartons or tote handling to upper levels.
Highrise Racking supported systems are ideal for inactive systems such as file, record and museum storage.
- Systems can be started small and added or reconfigured, if need arises
- Easily disassembled and relocated
- Maximum use of empty air space by building upwards
- Storage areas can be increased without additional building construction
- Existing columns and other obstructions can be worked into the layout plan
- Minimal disruption of production during installation
- Avoid rental, building or purchasing additional space.
