As building heights and lift truck capacities increase, the need for NAS Engineered Systems becomes extremely important.  Different designs, incorporating heavy braces, bull nose, end of aisle protectors, aisle cantleg frames, recessed legs, and special foot plates for seismic conditions may be recommended based on application requirements.

The completely welded construction of the frames provides maximum strength and stability.  This construction style reduces installation time and subsequent relocation tasks. NAS rack systems can be designed for your specific applications with a variety of columns from the standard duty of 3-1/4”x2” to heavy duty 4”x3” or 5”x3”.  Frames can also be reinforced for added load capacity and impact resistance.

The versatile step beam, the most flexible storage available, is rollformed as one-piece and is fully seam-welded for extra strength.  Our superior 6-point wrap around connector (with 3 tabs and 3 hooks) assures automatic squaring and the most rigid connection.  Our patented plunger clip, snaps into position automatically and can replace standard safety clips.  Since our plunger pins are permanently attached, they have become a standard in retail applications, but are recommended for all industrial installations.
